Uni Systems leads the EU Code Week CSR Program

The year 2030 is approaching, and digital decade’s target of 20 million ICT professionals in Europe remains far out of reach, with clear implications for the broader tech sector. Through Code4Europe, we are leading efforts to grow EU Code Week and increase the number of young people who choose digital careers – aiming to impact 25 million young people and build a more digital and inclusive future. EU Code Week has now evolved into a European movement with participants from 80+ countries. In just one year, it has reached 10 million young people, making it one of the most inclusive and impactful digital learning experiences.

Uni Systems proudly leads the EU Code Week CSR Program, with the support of the consortium partners in the Code4Europe project, including Microsoft, Intel, Cisco, Terawe, ALL DIGITAL, Accenture, Digital Europe, and many more. 

Through #FutureReadyCSR campaign, which has been officially launched, organizations will be able to:

· Be featured as an innovators on the EU Code Week platform and network

· Empower the next generation with coding and digital skills

· Align CSR, Marketing, HR, and Innovation strategies with EU-wide impact goals

· Join a growing movement of leading organizations across Europe

 

What kind of organizations can get involved?

· Corporate Entities: Tech companies (all scales: startups, SMEs to multinationals), Education Technology Providers and Cross-sector Enterprises.

· Industry Support Organizations: Digital Innovation Hubs/Labs and Clusters, Industry Associations and Professional Bodies, Chambers of Commerce, Entrepreneurial Networks and Accelerators.

In order to gain insight into how to best support organizations in driving impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that help build the digital and coding skills needed for the future workforce, a short survey has been launched.
