The solution enables municipality to manage the parking spaces allowing citizens to receive availability information in a unified way and pay for the parking seat, with the use of mobile application. Supporting the municipality staff to monitor the parking seats and manage the available spaces for citizens with disabilities and the permanent parking spaces for residents of the certain areas in the city. The solution includes various implementation models to achieve maximum cost-benefit ratio and supports a hybrid model for the management of temporary parking by utilizing spaces that have wireless sensors.

The solution composed of a management system with a remote control uses wireless controllers for the luminaires and supports the replacement of the old luminaires with new LED technology for extended energy savings. With the integrated solution all luminaires are displayed on a map enabling monitoring of the electrical parameters, precise planning for the touch and extinguishing of the lights, recording of the energy consumption, the total operating time, additional reduction of energy consumption, immediate notification of possible failures (eg burnt luminaire), and the general improvement of the provided service.

This solution monitors the level of filling of basements and trash cans and notifies the collection service provider. Through the application, and based on the information received from the locations of the bins, the waste collection route is optimized in order to reduce operating costs and increase the efficiency of the cleaning services. The service consists of batteries with sensors, installed in underground containers and waste bins, as well as online and mobile applications that provide information on collection routes, compliance monitoring, reporting and system configuration. Providing information to citizens in order to provide feedback, optimize the service and serve the citizen / local business.

The service consists of smart hydrometers, a central platform for collecting and managing data from meters, which provides visualization functions and correlation and collaboration technologies to turn data into active information that can guide executive and operational decisions. The central platform, through interoperability, provides the possibility of automated pricing of consumers. Features such as online information of the citizen about his previous water bills as well as past consumption, automated leak detection and relevant information of the citizen via email, SMS or Push message (in a corresponding App), and digital monitoring of damage announcements and progress are included.  

The proposed solution is based on the use of various technological methods, such as sensors, cameras (in the optical and infrared range) and drones. Surveillance and detection can be done in parallel, and when an alarm arrives at the Control Center, users will confirm either via cameras or drones. The system is integrated to a platform that provides visualization and management of devices and alarms, assessment of risks and the coordination of immediate response actions.

The solution is based on the installation of a network of seismic sensors to record ground movement consisting of autonomous, low cost and high precision seismometers and accelerometers that will be installed at selected points inside and outside the building and on more than one floor. In addition, a network of fiber optic sensors can be installed at selected locations to measure the mechanical stress of the building.  

The energy management service is ideal for monitoring real-time energy data (usually 15 minute measurements) geographically distributed countries and buildings, with different loads being measured at each site to create a reliable energy profile and extract valuable information on energy consumption. Facility management and preventive maintenance are facilitated, comfort zones for visitors and employees are monitored and additional dimming is achieved to maintain adequate brightness and energy savings.
